hotel is the ideal place for anyone who wants to see the sights of Munich. Firstly, it is ideally located. It's a five-minute walk from the Isartor Train Station (S-bahn). S8 line takes you to Isartor station in 40 minutes, hotel is just a short walk away. S1 line will also take you there, a little longer. Buccaneously 10 minutes' walk from Marienplatz city centre, five-minute walk to the Isar river, promenade of which is magnificent! hotel is located in a quiet location, street ends in a dead end, so traffic is minimal. There are cafes and restaurants nearby, not under the windows, so there is no noise. There are plenty of restaurants to suit all tastes within a five minute walk of the hotel! friendly staff, speaking Russian, English, German, of course, perhaps other languages... Wonderful varied breakfast, quality products. There are vegetables, fruits, porridges and cereals, yogurt, herring, cheeses and sausages. Eggs in all kinds. Champagne for breakfast for all comers. Delicious coffee, fresh juices and water. hotel has no lunches or dinners, it wasn't required. you can always ask for tea and coffee for recipes... There were always tasty sweets in the lobby for recipes, tables - crispy salted breadsticks - were very tasty. Every morning a small chocolate bar was left for everyone in the room. That was nice! Comfortable, modern rooms. Really, they're small in size. Free wi-fi, there was a free safe in our room, is great. hotel can buy tickets for some tourist attractions. including a bus ride around town,
There are very few flaws, they do not spoil the impression. rooms are small for what I understand about 4 stars, hotel looks good, not luxurious. reasonable sufficiency can be seen everywhere in Munich, is very appealing to me. There are no kettles in the rooms, just a regular minibar. It's true that there was a very wide range of drinks... drawback is that not all rooms are available with an elevator. lot of different big and small stairs. It's not very comfortable to move around with suitcases. recipes help, it's not too convenient to ask. People for whom the problem with walking on the stairs, should specifically ask for rooms with elevator when booking.

Exceptionally comfortable bed in standard room with an air conditioner, a storage, and a hair dryer. Marvellous and brilliant location for my trip.

The hotel room is clean and cozy. Breakfasts are delicious and varied to choose from. The location is convenient (near the subway and near the center). Every day the room was cleaned. The staff is attentive and responsive.
When I was accommodated in a hotel (entered it 1 hour earlier) I was asked to go for a walk, leaving my things in the storage room (if this room can be called that), although I am a frequent traveler (sent a letter with a request for early accommodation). I took an improved room, but it was in fact no different from the standard room. No balcony. A very small toilet-shower room with the smell of stagnant water. The lights in the room weighed low, so we'd hit them with our heads from time to time. In the hotel in the evening you can not buy anything from food and drink (there is no bar or even machines), so you had to run to the nearest bar.

The room I booked was kept very clean and available with 4 beds. I've been here for 2 nights, the breakfast was very good and tasty with bacon and yellow powdered egg, as example.
The room had really bad views.

Magnificent and incredible location in a really quiet area close enough to a theatre and an opera house. A lot of places to visit, such as eateries and pubs close enough to the hotel. Magnificent restaurant for lunch or dinner.

Good location. Quiet, at the same time, Comfortable beds. Comfortable beds. There are Russian channels on TV.
first and most important minus-blocking money on the card. By mistake, blocking was made 2 times, long disassembled, eventually made a good discount on accommodation, is certainly nice, still the sludge remained from this situation. I want to spend my money on vacation, not to defend it. Well, that was a good second card. blocking of the extra bank was only lifted a week later... hotel itself isn't a 4-star hotel... It's a small room, there's no turning around in the bathroom. There's no kettle in the room, they gave it to me on request on the second day... I read about the great breakfast in the reviews, it's disappointing, too. There's a handout in the lobby, there's not enough room. assortment is small, there is no choice. one kind of cheese and sausages, only one cupcake and huge croissants, not airy at all, just a bun. There is prosecco truth, porcelain at the table villeroy & boch :, it would be better to be more diverse and exquisite breakfast, hotel 4 *. On request, they can roast icing and make a cappuccino (so coffee is brought in large thermokokshits), again, no one said about it, saw the Germans next door and asked. It so happened that before that they lived in a 3* hotel near Marienplatz. eventually regretted that they had left there, In all respects. 4-star hotel was inferior to the previous one, I don't think I'm going back to that hotel...

Location
Too many stairways make very difficult to move with lugage. Internet only available with a third party service provider and therfore very expensive.

My stay there was very comfortable, relaxing, the rooms are quiet, tidy. The hotel lies in the heart of the city, so it is very convinient for travellers without their own car.

Liked the location, very central but very quiet, cleanliness was excellent as were the staff, breakfast very good and plentiful
I had no complaints but my companion would have liked the use of free wi fi, otherwise we were both very happy with everything.

The room was good sized and newly remodelled with a sofa bed, a great breakfast plus a bathroom.

The location can't be beat for visiting the center of Munich's old town. Given the location, it is fairly priced.
They charge for telephone calls and as is typical for Europe, no free wifi.

great location but small rooms
The location is perfect, just a short walk to popular attractions like Hofbrauhaus. The shower experience was excellent, one of the best parts of the stay.
The rooms were a bit smaller than I expected.
